The launch of the website replaced a very outdated looking site that wasn’t generating enquiries. The modernised look and feel have helped generate enquiries while the overall design has been incoprorated into the company’s branding.
Jon came to us looking for an overall modernisation of his web presence. His target ofr his hire business is for small to medium events and not large scale hire or dry hire. The target for the project was to convey this message while modernising the look and feel of the website. We also took on the task of redesigning the logo for the company.
The site is essentially a catalogue (eCommerce without the purchasing ability) that displays the quality of gear and services on offer. Excellent equipment photography conveys the professionalism on offer with both the service and the equipment. Offering packages to hire with operator informs the user of the scale of event the company is targeted at. An enquiry form and contact details generate enquiries for the company’s services.
The overall design is a one page site keeping all of the company information easily accessible. We felt there was no need to resort to multiple pages with this project and by using the one page layout the user is able to access the information they need easily and effectively.
